Job Description
Job Summary:
The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director The Executive Secretary will perform a variety of duties including managing the executive's schedule, meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. The Executive Secretary will also act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage the MD’s schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials for meetings attended by MD
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the MD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by the MD.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders
- Assist with special projects and other important issue needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform other duties as assigned by the MD.
