Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers.
Responsible for people development through providing guidance and training.
Assists Restaurant Manager to ensure information is properly passed to the team.
Monitors and supervises service flow in the restaurant.
Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
Assists Restaurant Manager to manage the team and organizing the F&B point of sale to attain profitable results.
Ensure confirmation of all bookings and positive guest communications with emphasis on driving repeat guests.
Knowledge of daily special or promotional items of the day and preparation time of every dish.
Responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in the restaurant.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

With 3 years working experience in F&B supervising a team.
Vocational School or University graduated.
A good level of English, both written and spoken is essential.
Good knowledge of food, fine wine with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Strong Leadership, guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality.
Be flexible, proactive and adaptable to change at short notice.
Have excellent knowledge of Micros.
