Objective of the consultancy

The overall objectives of this consultancy is to facilitate one day workshop on midyear reflection day, and through the workshop the consultant is to enable the employees to engage with WWF Myanmar vision statement and to help them to understand and be inspired by the vision.
Scope of work/ Major responsibility

• A consultant for Midyear Reflection Day facilitation is to design the workshop, and the workshop design should reflect the following questions:
• As an individual, how does the individual employee make sure that his/her work supports and contributes to the overall vision of WWF Myanmar?
• As a team, how does a team embed the vision in our team objectives?
• How do we live out our vision to our respective stakeholders (both internal and external)?

Deliverables
1. Plan and design the workshop
2. Facilitation the workshop on Midyear Reflection Day
3. One pager report of the workshop process and output

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Requirements
 An degree in administrative, human resources, and business management or a relevant field
 Excellent knowledge and experience in organization development consultation and high level facilitation in non-profit conducts of internal organization
 At least 5 years of experience working in the context
 High level negotiation, facilitation as well as interpersonal and influencing skills
 Other key skills required: Strategic thinking, Leadership, Communication, Organization and Coordination
