1. Production Management

• Plan and Supervise daily / weekly production schedules to meet orders .
• Optimize machinery/equipment utilization to minimize downtime.
• Ensure raw materials are available as per demand.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.

1. Quality Control & Compliance

• Enforce strict QC protocols at all stages. (SMT assembly, soldering, final testing)
• Analyze defect trends and implement corrective actions
• Handle customer quality complaints and warranty claims

1. Team Leadership

• Train and supervise production staff, technicians and supervisors.
• Set KPIs for teams.(e.g. output/ day, defect rate.)
• Conduct performance reviews for line supervisors and technicians

1. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on production volume, efficiency and issues.
• Suggest process improvements if any.
• Report to Director

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Production efficiency (Actual output vs. target)
• Defect Rate (<1% is ideal)
• On Time Delivery
• Cost Savings (reducing material waste/energy use)

1.    Bachelor of Engineer (BE-ECorEP)
2.    (Master Degree is Better)
3.    Must have a Microsoft (Word, Advanced Excel, Power-point) Certificate 
4.    Must have served at least 5years at the management level in the field of Factory Manager.

5.    They must also be able to work under work  pressures.

6.    Must have the ability to make avilities decisions.

7.    Must have good manangement skill in relation to factory.

8.   Must have good problem-solving skills.

9.   Responsibilities must be allocated and delegated as appropriate..
