To report to work on time in correct and clean uniform.

To attend briefing and meeting when required.

Set up the bar prior to opening.

To prepare all mise-en-place for service

To clean the bar and all equipment to the required standards and maintains this cleanliness throughout service.

To greet guests according to our standard.

To extend prompt services to all guests.

To monitor service in the lounge and direct waiter if necessary.

To treat guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner.
To maintain the Bar stock and doing inventory of liquors, equipment and glassware.

Check the stock on daily basis and prepare requisition

To organize special clean (deep clean) once a week both inside bar and in the lounge.

Be aware of pool rules and cooperate to prevent accident in the pool area.

To be flexible in assisting around different areas of the hotel

To contributes to sales activities and assists in maximizing revenue.

To perform other duties assigned by superiors.
To promote courtesy and high standard of social skill.

To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relation.
Always show a pleasant manner and positive attitude to guests and colleagues every time to promote hotel images.

To act according to Company and Hotel rules and regulation at all times.
To report any equipment failures/problems to the Maintenance Department

To pass any maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department.

To participate in any Training/Development activities as recommended by management.

To comply with any reasonable request made by management to the best of your ability.
