The Field Executive will be part of the Industry Research and Consulting Team of Thura Swiss, in carrying out market research and consulting projects for both local and foreign organizations. The Field Executive will be providing support to the team by collecting information on the ground through primary research methodologies such as in-depth interviews, market visits and mystery shopping with different stakeholders. The Field Executive will be talking to different stakeholders from different industries on specific topics including industry overview, industry trends and outlook, information about specific industry players, regulatory framework, underlying challenges, etc. Information collected by the Field Executives will be analyzed further to incorporate into the research and consulting reports. The Field Executive will be an important player in the research team that collects, supplies, interprets and analyzes primary information while also working closely with Business Analysts, Associates and Manager for achieving project outcomes.

- Develop questionnaire/discussion guide for in-depth interviews
- Carry out in-depth interviews with different stakeholders
- Carry out other research methods, mystery shopping and market visits
- Write meeting summary for further analysis
- Draw important points from interviews for further analysis
- Provide support to Analysts and Associates for analysis and report writing

- A University degree
- Good command of English
