• Reporting and analysis
o Provide monthly management reports, annual financial reports and interpret financial information to management and shareholders
o Manage the preparation of the company’s budget, assist with analysis and review of project budgets
o Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
o Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Policy development
o Develop and establish financial policies and procedures
o Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives and design a frame for these to be met
• Compliance
o Responsible for all finance activities, system and procedures comply with accounting standards, local tax law and regulations (IRD) and company registration office (DICA)
o Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
• Leadership
o Hires, trains, coaches and disciplines staff to maintain a high level of competence and motivation in finance team
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelors’ degree in Finance / Accounting is must and other qualifications such as ACCA, LCCI (Diploma) will be a plus / CPA / MBA preferred
• 10+ years’ experience with formal managerial / supervisor role at Finance & Accounting services
• Expert in IFRS / MFRS and Microsoft office products
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• A solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of Myanmar statutory legislation and tax regulations
• Ability to drive innovative solutions, excellent numeric and analytical skills, problem solving skill are essential
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, a positive working attitude is required
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate finical processes are being used
• Proficient user of finance software (current system is Xero accounting)
