- Oversee the daily accounting entries & system outputs matching
- Checking Nostro balance, Nostro accounts reconciliation
- Checking and produce Head Office term end various reports
- Dealing with external auditors (Both regulatory and consolidated)
- Dealing with tax service agent, tax authorities
- Update FAD operational procedure whenever necessary
- Provide financial information and interpretations to management and make recommendations to ensure the revenue and profitability targets are achieved
- Responsible for the branch's statutory accounts
- Responsibilities to fully compile with regulators such IRD, DICA, CBM, etc.
- Review continuously all accounting and finance processes and functions, in order to ensure accurate and efficient reporting
- Manage and monitor to ensure legal and tax compliance as per international and local legislation
- Monitor, Check & Approve daily regulatory report (CBM) as well as Nostro reconciliation in line with HO policies and procedure
- Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedure
- Fully in-charge for Stamp Duty process of all respective documents

- Min 10 years and above experiences in Finance and Accounting
- Must have knowledge in banking and finance
- Fluent in English
- Age over 35 and above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
