- Oversee the operations of the finance department
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Setup and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
- Track performance against annual budget for different departments and branches of the company.
- Manage of finance/account procedures, stock inventory methods, cash flow process.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Prepares and timely submits tax and other statutory reports to the tax and other competent authorities
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, lawyers and tax authorities.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
