Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual P&L statement with the detailed attachments a monthly basic and delivering reports to the Management.
Make sure to prepare and present the financial reports, taxation reports at the end of Budget year (Income Tax Return, commercial tax return to Tax office) to Management in a timely manner and get the approval of Management.
Develop and update F&A policies and SOPs according to business operation in order to strengthen internal control and ensure compliance within the whole company.
Supervise and oversee overall cash flow management, Account Payable & Receivable, Stock Control and Treasury of the company.
Responsible to maintain and check Fixed Assets.
Ensuring all income and expenditure is accounted correctly in line with cost budgets, operation transaction processes and daily work closely with the key of finance team.
Ensuring daily COGS calculation based on both theoretical cost and inventory reconciliation.
Weekly stock monitoring and reconciliation.
Ensuring all accounting transaction as sales & purchase, income & receipt, expenses & payments, prepaid & accrued and all redemption claimed and also all data backup & documents filing for financial year.
Monitor the bank deposit transactions (BG/LG/PO) in a timely manner and assign the team to withdraw the deposit from bank after completing the process. ( Deposit for applying Tender/ Deposit for Winning Tender)
Monitor up to date transactions of all purchase and AP process, Supplier payment transactions/ Sub Con payment transaction (Installation) & AP cash flow statement filing.
Dealing with auditors and tax officers for every tax assessment.
Dealing with DICA for company profile updating and filing through online (annual return, change of directors, change of capitals, change of address, etc.…).
Manage and develop finance team processing and ensure all of team members to carry out their duties in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
