• Responsible for RAN & Core Report delivery within the SLA.
• Coordination with other functions and operator for performance degrade observation.
• Preparation of PPT Presentation in Weekly manner.
• Responsible for handling performance management for RAN & Core Nodes.
• Preparing daily & weekly reports for Core & RAN Node and highlight action points for the observation based on KPI degrade.
• Able to work with assigned shift (24*7).

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Must have Strong Knowledge in Telecom Nodes (RNC, MSS, GGSN, SGSN, Tx) & Ticketing Function (ITSM, HPSM).
• Have expertise with Telecom Node in (ZTE/Nokia).
• Must have Knowledge in Excel formula & Macro
• Should have experience in handling Operation and maintenance or performance reporting Part and maintaining trackers, perform analysis and take action points
