  • To ensure that the various outlets and banquets adhere to all company, hotel policies & procedures and minimum standards.
  • Accuracy in link of Banquet Event Order requirement to Food & Beverage /guest needs.
  • Full utilization of PMS to embrace guest experience.
  • Accurate and timely night audit function and reporting.
  • To represent the Food and Beverage Department in the hotel’s Executive Committee.
  • To ensure that all Departmental Operations Manual are prepared and updated.
  • Lead the Food and Beverage team to personalize the guest arrival/departure experience.
  • Lead a staffs to approach to guest experience/service with the hotel team.
  • To personally and frequently verify that guest in the outlets are receiving the best possible service available.
  • To spend time in the various outlets (during peak periods) to ensure that the operation is managed well by outlet team and functions properly and to fullest expectations.
  • To be demanding and critical when it comes to service standards.
  • To ensure that the outlet team projects professionalism, that employees are well trained in their jobs and are well-groomed and uniformed.
  • Presence in the All Kitchen, Bar and Service area at critical all the time must be clean.
  • Recruit, induct and train a service team who are competent and confident to exceed     guest expectations.
  • Support the Kitchen team to be consistent in service, use a collaborative, enabling leadership style, have regular team meeting.
  • Drive constant service and system improvement, be entrepreneurial. 
  • To frequently verify that only fresh products are used in food preparation.
  • To taste the food from various kitchens with the Chef’s and be demanding and critical when it comes to food quality.
  • To encourage and help the Executive Chef to be creative and ensure that he operates well as a Production Manager.
  • To ensure compliance in regards to hygiene (HACCP).
  • Ensure cleanliness and appearance of all kitchen and restaurant areas.
  • Interface the needs/requirements of other departments with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food production, Security, Finance, T&C
  • Provide a level of Safety & Security for Arrival & Departure of guests/visitors.
  • Develop own knowledge and skills to grow as a business partner and leader.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree preferably in hospitality 
  • 10 years in industry experience, minimum 3 years in Managerial Experience.
  • Involvement in reservations and understanding of Revenue Management processes
  • PMS & POS knowledge: MC/Carmen system and duty attendance system
  • Must be good in English Language
  • Must be ble to use computer, internet, email, Microsoft Office.
