- To check and supervise for achieving accurately through daily product quality standards in order to meet Time Management / Productivity
- To supervise to minimize the damage, wastage, and loss of department
- To report the problems and issues of his department to the Management on time.
- To coach all employees in department for the improvement of their skills
- To study thoroughly the product knowledge
- To instruct all employees in department to compliance the rules set by Company
- To cooperate facilitatively with other departments in company
- To cooperate to meet the KPI of his department
Open To
လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
- Bachelor Degree from recognized universities
- Should have at least 1~3 years Experiences in Fresh Food (Fruit & Vegetables) field
- Computer Literate - MS Word & Advanced Excel skills
- Supervise and train the team as per business requirement
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Good communication skills
