We are looking for a talented Senior Frontend Developer to join our team, Better HR,a product ofNexlabs, one of Myanmar's leading digital transformation partner.Design Development - Collaborate with user experience and engineering team to define and implement innovative, beautiful design. Solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering. Final design must be ‘Pixel Perfect’ for product management and engineering team.Design Tool and Trend- Proficient understanding of design tools which are using company wide such as Adobe Photoshops, Sketch and etc. Strictly follow the guideline and standard of UI/UX head. Keeping up to date with the latest trend of respective design trend changes.Development - Designing and implementing new features and functionality for project and team needs. Creation of custom modules, Creation of developing coding standard that we are using in company wide, Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code, effective and efficient client-server integration, standard unit testing. Helping to formulate an effective, responsive design and performance turning it into a working design.Coding and Technology - Efficient establishing and guiding the development architecture with team and CTO. Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the development. Keeping up to date with the latest trend of development industrial changes. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.Organisational Goal and Procedure- Understand and follow the procedures of the respective department. Clarify and understand your team, departmental and organisational goal with your supervisor and HOD. Clarify and understand individual short-term and long-term goal with your supervisor(which is importance for your promotion and benefit. Please reference detail in promotion and benefit policy).Project Collaboration - Estimating effective timeline with Team Lead and Project Management team for mobile application projects. Closely working with engineering team, Q.A and project managers. Supporting best design option to PM. Timely report for the overall status projects using project management tool used by the company.Team Collaboration - Closely working with your team member. Creating standard guideline with Team Lead. Creating and supporting technical workshop for the team. Timely report to Team Lead for team status. Supporting best technical option to Team lead.

Job Requirements- Solid HTML, CSS, Javascript skills is a must- Custom JS (e.g. Vue.js,Next.js) skills is a bonus- Creative Tools (e.g. Adobe, Sketch) skills is a bonus- PHP and Laraval Framework knowledge is a bonusSoft Skills- Positive working attitude is a must- Minimum 3 years experience as a frontend developer- Familiar agile approach project life cycle is a bonus
