We are assisting one of our clients, a MNC dealing with business solutions and is setting its office in Myanmar, to look for an experienced and dynamic professional to join them as Functional Consultant. If you think you have what it takes, then, send us your resume now.

The Functional Consultant serve as a business analyst and interface with the client to understand and document their requirements and business processes and to work with developers on implementing business solution that meet the client’s requirements.

Responsibilities
• Interface with clients and gain understanding of their business requirements/processes through regular meetings and discussions.
• Manage data collection and provide training to clients on company’s data collection formats.
• Document overall business processes and product mapping.
• Perform system configuration.
• Perform data migration and system rollout.
• Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes.
• Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• A degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology.
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in end-to-end implementation of business solution.
• Must have completed at least 1 end-to-end project implementation. Those who have worked on HR/Payroll/Time & Attendance software implementation within South East Asia is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to speak and write English language is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and must have confident to work with top management in client’s organisation.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining multiple projects/assignments.
• Possess initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
• Able to travel within South East Asia during implementation phase.
