  • Assist the manager to complete the team building and management daily work, be ready for work at any time, provide decision support;
  • Be familiar with all post responsibilities of the Department, assist the manager to carry out skills training and ability assessment for all employees of the Department;
  • Complete the daily work of the Department: meeting hosting, recording, document distribution, registration, etc.
  • Assist the superior to complete the training base construction and other related work required for the normal operation of the Department;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.
