Job Purpose
In order to take care and maintain the operation of Maintenance Department according to shift work and assist Assistant Duty Engineer , Supervisor and Senior Technician.
Reporting Lines To report Assistant duty Engineer ,Supervisor and Senior Technician about delegated tasks.To report Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer if necessary.
Key Interactions InternallyDelegation ,Discussing , Coaching and Cooperation with Maintenance Team .
ExternallyCoordination with outsource companies if necessary.
Primary Responsibilities -To solve the daily complains and tasks of Operation.-To check and record working condition of electrical and mechanical machines of Building.-To repair and maintain mechanical and electrical parts of Operation.-To report Assistant Duty Engineer and Supervisor if there are problems concerning with tasks.Other Responsibilities-To lead tasks on behalf of Seniors.-Member of FFT or ERT team.
