- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Attend meeting and record meeting minutes
- Manage communication including emails and calls
- Respond to inquries via telephone and calls
- Prepare duty schedules

- Any bachelor degree
- At least 2 years experience in related filed
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to use Microsoft office excel, word and power point
- Fluent in English
