This position will oversee the Grants Management Team, which manages a multi-million USD portfolio of grants from institutional donors, government agencies, private foundations, and high net.
Key responsibilities
 Provide guidance to grant project teams funded and monitor performance to ensure projects are implemented in compliance to donor expectations, rules and regulations
 Provide timely communications and quality updates to relevant stakeholders.
 Communicate funding opportunities & other relevant information in a timely manner
 Support different teams at the head office and branch levels to develop capacity in grant project implementation, monitoring and evaluation
 Support donor visits and trips

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း


 Bachelor’s degree in the field of social science, development studies, finance or other related discipline
 Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with multi-donor, multi-site grants, preferably with an INGO.
 Experience in managing grants, project design, and proposal development for multi-donor institution funds in cross-cultural settings
 Ability to present, discuss and supervise compliance with grant monitoring protocols with team members of varying levels
 Proficiency in writing documents and reports in English a must.
