. Ensure regular, timely, and high quality monitoring and reporting

· Provide guidance to grant project teams funded and monitor performance to ensure projects are implemented in compliance to donor expectations, rules and regulations

· Communicate funding opportunities & other relevant information in a timely manner

· Ensure that grant-related information are well organized and easy to access by relevant stakeholders

· Build relationships and credibility with internal stakeholders and external partners, including local donor agencies, other INGOs, and local and regional government ministries

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

. Bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Science, development studies, finance or other related field

· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with multi-donor, multi-site grants, prefer with an INGO.

· Professional proficiency and fluency in written and spoken English

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check
