Responsibilities and Duties
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Creating images and layouts
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
• Use appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Amend designs after feedback
• Work with merchandising department, copywriters, and marketing team to create designs
• Follow appropriate corporate identity, brand identity guidelines
• Coordinating with external agencies
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
• Experienced in graphic design (minimum 2 years)
• Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and other software related to design
• Understanding of design concepts, corporate identity, product packaging, etc.
• Understanding basic marketing and advertising principles
• Possess a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Keeps updated with current design trends
• Possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and details
