Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior graphic designer in creating branding, sales and marketing collateral for the organization – this could include corporate brochures, posters, signage, pop-up stands and logos etc.
  • Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values of the organization
  • Assist in the creation of digital design work, including display banners, website mock-ups and info graphics
  • Help to produce internal sales and marketing material to promote the organization and generate sales
  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
  • Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
  • Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

Skills or Competencies Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of the whole Adobe Creative Suite
  • A passion for creating stunning visuals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
  • Creative flair and a good eye for detail
  • Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of programs and materials
  • An understanding and familiarity with UX design would be a bonus
  • Experience in a digital agency is preferable but not essential
