Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets such as social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, and website graphics.
• Support the marketing team in preparing promotional materials and visual content for campaigns.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing creative campaigns and brand activities.
• Think creatively to develop concepts, graphics, and visuals that communicate engaging stories.
• Edit promotional and event highlight videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Ensure all design projects are completed on time and align with brand guidelines.
• Brainstorm and present design ideas clearly to the marketing team.
• Support other marketing functions and events as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Design, Media, or Communications).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or media production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut).
• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with the ability to handle and maintain camera gear.
• High computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio submission required (previous designs or video samples).
• Customer service–oriented attitude with good teamwork skills.
