Duties & Responsibilities
*To Set up strategies and plans to direct all operational aspects empowering the growth of branches
*To implements Sales plans and organize marketing activities and events
*To provide training, coaching, development and motivation to draw out talent of individual employees.
*To analyze local market situation and identify any potential sales opportunities

Skills & Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
*Over 6 years of working experience with management level in any background or preferably working experience managing branch networks
*Able to travel frequently, possesses customer, employee management skills, is detail oriented and possesses great interpersonal skill.
*Fluent in the English language, possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
