Head of Legal for Banking Industry in Myanmar
Salary up to 4,000,000 MMK

Leading as a most important role for the banking industry in Myanmar

Responsibilities:

• Report to the COO and work at the legal and Compliance department
• Lead to maintain the current and extensive knowledge for the laws and regulatory guidelines depending on the requirements of the bank
• Leading to make a list of all laws and regulation to compile with and the frequency of their reporting to regulators
• Work with auditors and examiners during regulatory compliance examinations and also need to participate in the related job training as required

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Must have a degree from Law or Business law
• Over 3 or 4 years’ experience in financial service industry
• Strong knowledge in rules and regulation for baking industry and understanding for technical and legal language in Myanmar
• Also need to have the understanding of the compliance requirements of the YSX
• English 4 skills must be fluent
