A Big Opportunity for ...

• Manage the day-to-day logistics operation of the existing businesses including warehousing and distribution in Myanmar and in accordance with the overall strategic plan and agreed SLAs.
• Develop new business with the customers and in conjunction with the Country Manager/CEO, ensure that the Logistics operation meet its KPIs and profitability.
• Control the operating costs of the Logistics function and ensure it is within the budget.
• Manage the Business Development team to implement new business and on-sell the menu of services to both existing and new business.
• Establish close relationship with key customers and relevant authorities.
• Prepare all monthly reports of achievements against KPIs, annual budget and business plans to the management for approval.
• Ensure the highest level of Health and Safety in the workplace and coach and develop operation managers and supervisors on their performance.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Must have a degree in Logistics, Operation, Industrial Engineering, Commerce or Business Management. Those with a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Must have 10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, Warehousing and Commercial role.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a senior management position with strong leadership skills.
• Experience with and understanding of logistics business or freight forwarding companies.
• Those with international company experience will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive.
