- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Develop company strategies and operations, examine risks and potentials, estimate customers' needs and goals
- Conduct research and also make delivery on any intelligence that will have strong impact on proposition development for any new investment project of the organization.

1. Bachelor Degree in business administration or any related diploma/certificate in business administration.
2. Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience in related field.
3. Problem solving skill and negotiation skills.
4. Be familiar with office applications (Word, Excel, Email, PPT)
5. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
6. Computer literate.
7. Good at English language.
