  • Accountable for ensuring that all transactions of her team are aligned to policy and procedure of Procurement
  • Lead the subordinates in sourcing, buying, and contracting activities for procurement categories assigned to them
  • Control the action of the team to ensure that every member is following the company policies.
  • Assist the immediate superior for any information needed to fulfil the management requirements.
  • Prepare the reports required by the immediate superior. 
  • Any other task as defined by ACS Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain with 2-year in managerial position.
  • Has Leadership skills, able to lead a number of subordinates
  • Has Networking Skills, able to maintain contact and good relationship with different people in the network. 
  • Negotiation Skills, able to strategize approach and influence the vendor.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, speaking, writing, reading
  • Good Analytical Skills, good in analysing reports and able to use it as tool in Procurement
  • Has Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint skills to do the reporting requirement
  • Very Assertive
