We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 18th May, 2024 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • ltimately responsibile for designing the sales strategy, negotiating with the Group CEO and the GM for teams' targets, and achieving the sales targets.
  • Assigns tasks and objectives to the Internal Channel Team and to the External Channel Teams.
  • Works with the Marketing Team to design campaigns and events.
  • Responsibile for creating all the sales reports.
  • Responsible to manage the sales budget.
  • Represents the company at any event where there may be lead generation opportunities.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master Degree is preferred). 
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance sector, banking and finance sector, and telecom sector. 
  • Proven track records managing a sales team and achieving/ exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and sales strategy development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation software, and data analysis platforms to generate reports.
  • Prefer good understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
