  • To fulfill customer's requirement especially with housekeeping services.
  • To assist manager to co-ordinate all Housekeeping personals to achieve the departmental target.
  • To act in a pleasant, cheerful and courteous way and alert at all times. Follow up the telephone courtesy.
  • To have a good understanding of people, genuine interest in housekeeping service and thorough knowledge of guest facilities.
  • To handle the guest and departmental complaint/ request according to the flow chart. Check the departmental daily information book for necessary information.
  • Handle the filing system for the necessary tenant profile and documents from the internal Hotel.
  • Assist the facility controller during his day off and busy hours.
  • Attend and participate in departmental meetings when directly by HOD. Assist HOD for the office work.
  • Check the daily check in list, and the reservation until and inform supervisor for the until set-up. Attend the daily briefing conducted by supervisor.
  • Arrange the flower for the daily check in guest.
  • To communicate with other department to complete housekeeping service
  • To answer the phone with courteous manner.
  • To perform the other duties assigned by Management.
  • To liaison with Engineering Department to complete work order.
  • To organize efficient work schedules.
  • To work under pressure and stay calm in difficult situations.
  • HK Coordinator may be required to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
