Vacancy Announcement for Avenue 64 Hotel

1. Hiring and training staff
2. Purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment
3. Performing cleaning tasks when staff don't show up for work or the team is shorthanded
4. Assign duties to members of staff
5. Inspect the environment within the organization to ensure it meets the minimum best practice throughout the organization
6. Develop minimum standards for prospective members of own department and minimum standards for rating the work
7. Responsible for ensuring dirty laundries are timelessly and appropriately cleaned
8. Order supplies for the housekeeping department
9. Ensure efficient use of departmental resources
10. Direct all housekeeping activities
11. Maintain good relationship with customers and/or clients and suppliers of housekeeping items
12. Maintain good relationship with managers of other departments.

- Any Graduate
- Age between (35-45)
- Min 3-years experiences in the position of HK Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Open-minded, good listening skill
- Strong leadership
- Good problem solving skill
- Good presentation skill
- Computer literacy (Microsoft and Easy FO System)
- Fluent in English, both oral & written
- Well organized, Customer oriented
- Strong personality & self-confident
