To supervise for employee leave/attendance records and calculation of it to support the payroll.
To make sure, effectively manage in recruitment & selection such as scanning CVs, interview assessment, employee on-boarding, prepare appointed letter etc.,
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
To support internal office administration such building maintenance, water supply, office & apartment rental, oil & generator, vehicle route management etc.,
Able to handle and solve the department complaints, internal issue and office administrative issue
Responsible for supporting to staff facilities (Seat, Furniture, Calculator, Laptop and Stationary etc.,)
To make sure to have proper documentation process & records for both area; Admin and HR

Age between 30-40
To aware all of Rule and Regulation of Myanmar Labor Law & SSB
Any Graduate with HRM Diploma/Certificate
5 to 7 years working experience, with at least 3 years in management role
Have Strong HR background knowledge such Recruitment & Selection, Interview Assessment, Training planning, Performance Appraisal.
Have Office Administration experience and knowledge
Ability to lead & motivate team members
Able to work with teams, independently, with people from all levels, aggressive and passionate about employees
Possess time management, organizational & negotiation skills
Must be Computer literate, can use Word, Excel, Page Maker, Internet and Email etc.,
Good command of English, both written and spoken is an added advantage
