• Support Assistant HR & Admin Manager for the recruiting, training, giving compensation, transferring, and promoting of all staff.
• Handle daily/monthly attendance, and leave.
• Manage the employee’s personnel files, and other documents related to HR & Admin Department.
• Manage recruitment & selection processes on time corresponding to the business’s need.
• Prepare for the interview date, and contact to the interviewee.
• Help to manage the training and development programs.
• Make an initial record for staff transferring & promoting, and report supervisors.
• Ensure the calculation of payroll, benefits, and leave with accuracy & transparency, and provide the payroll to staff on time.
• Record Meeting Minutes of Board Meeting and Management Committee Meeting as assigned.
• Manage the score of performance appraisal
• Enable to go out as assigned by HR & Admin Department.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in related field especially in Record Meeting Minutes of Board Meeting and Management Committee Meeting as assigned
• Manage the score of performance appraisal
• Fluent in Myanmar and fair in English 4 skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail.
• High level of commitment.
• Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
