1. Coordinate the Talent acquisition process.
2. Support reception desk for received Phone calls and make a phone screening for an interview.
3. Plan the interview process, CV screening, and selection and arrange the interview and background check processes.
4. Assist JD in the update process with the respective line manager.
5. Support and organize training platforms for new and existing staff.
6. Perform the staff's insurance and related process.
7. Assist in the Compensation and Benefits program.
8. Any other tasks assigned by the Managemnet.
