Role and Responsibilities

  1. Experiences in Recruitment process and implement new sourcing methods
  2. Responsible for formulating and improving human resources policies, company management rules and regulation
  3. Supervise the recruiting and report on its performance
  4. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  5. Responsible for Recruitment, contract signing, pays lip
  6. Prepare and process government related affairs including tax, EC and SSB, etc.
  7. Recommend ways to improve internal relationship.
  8. Coordinate with director to forecast future hiring needs
  9. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform management team about changes in regulations
  10. Build the company’s professional network through relationships with vendors.
  11. Other assigned duties according to company's requirements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  1. 4-5 years working experience as a HR manager/ HR supervisor.
  2. A bachelor holder with certificates or diploma in human resources
  3. Hands-on experience in full HR function
  4. Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll
  5. Excellent sourcing of recruitment network 
  6. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks 
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  8. Strong reporting skill and attendance recording
  9. Must be able to use Microsoft office package (Outlooks, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR software
  10. Able to sign internal contract
