Managing the full HR spectrums to support the day-to-day HR operations and activities for the brands.
Assist full recruitment process and fulfilling the manpower needs for the brands (onboarding and offboarding).
Working closely with all Department leads; in a consultative role advising them on performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, reward, and talent management.
Drive culture change and establish HR best practices in talent management and development.
Assist in reviewing and improving HR workflow, policies, and procedures, roll out productivity initiatives to motivate employees and drive business performance.
Assisting the team leads in facilitating performance management exercises for managing brands.
Coordinating external training programs with various organizations.
Acting as the first line of contact for related queries from employees and external parties and maintaining a positive and friendly company.
Any other duties assigned by the Senior HR Manager.
