- Ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Involve and Manage the recruitment and selection process Plans and conducts new employee orientation
- Understand labour laws , labour rights & affairs
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Any Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years experience and more knowledge prefer in factory field
- Knowledge of customer policies, service procedures and standards.
- People oriented attitude and the willingness the learn.
- Must be English (4) Skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint).
- Skillful using email & Internet.
