HSE Officer to instruct and supervises safety issues in all activities on site. Supervise subcontractors and team at site regarding the safety issues.

 Work with ONE Team in order to execute the safety plan.
 Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
 Provide support to Project team in all aspects occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
 provide first aid services in the event of emergency evacuations that require such actions
 keep abreast of changes in first aid techniques, practices and legislation by attending regular update or briefing sessions as required;
 require staff to complete an Incident Report for all work related injuries and ensure that all first aid treatments are documented.
 Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures.
 Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s onshore training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
 Inspect all site activities works, tools and equipment, verify that it is done according the safety regulations.
 Responsible for approving all contractor safety plans and verify that all employees will participate in safety training/ PTW. Responsible for handling Permit To Work
 Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSE Lead for promulgation to the management
 Manage Safety Statistic reporting. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the HSE Lead and Project Manager.

Min Diploma in Engineering, with specialization in QHSE or related discipline.
Min 3 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas-Onshore Operation.
Strong passion in HSE
Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
Able to work independently and meticulous.
Must be willing to travel at short notice.
