  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Controlling the permanent process
  • Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers
  • Developing and implementing disciplinary policies
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decision regarding the current resources.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Teaching, presentation and sharing all rules & regulation, HR Policy, Labor Law, knowledgeable of soft skill
  • Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees

  • Age between ( 35~40 ) years
  • Any graduated or relevant field
  • English Language four skills
  • Must be compentence Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
  • At least 5 year's experience in management level
  • Excellent leadership skills and communication abilities
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
