*University Degree in Business Administration or University Bachelor / Master with any major subject plus Post graduate diploma in HR Management.
*At Least years of progessive expericence in HR Management Position
*Having Knowledge of HR Systems and database.
*Having Strong Knowledge in labour law, employee relations , HRM and HRD.
*Being people oriented and results driven
*Excellent active listening , negotition andpresentation skills
*Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, sociability skills and multicultural skills
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can work at tight deadline and under pressure.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, such as Word, Excel,PowerPont and Outlook
*Excellent command of the English Language
