Remote role with our Singapore HQ for a self-motivated Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation and follow-up through cold calling and written communication. This role involves daily interaction with potential customers in Singapore, and requires both excellent English communication skills and proficiency with technology.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls to prospective projects in Singapore.
  • Follow up on past quotations through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert leads into sales.
  • Continually update the company's CRM to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and client information.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned, supporting the smooth running of the company's sales and operations.

  • Required: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Required: Fluent in spoken Burmese.
  • Required: Proficient with Google Docs and capable of quickly adapting to new software tools.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
  • Prior experience working in the construction industry and familiarity with the Singapore market are significant advantages.

The ideal candidate should also have the following qualities:

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organised and methodical, with a strong ability to manage priorities and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated persistence in sales activities.
  • Reliable, with a proven ability to follow through on commitments and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Must possess a low ego and be receptive to feedback, demonstrating openness to criticism and new ideas.
  • Demands excellence from self and colleagues, constantly seeking ways to improve performance and achieve superior results.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
