- To discuss, sketch, brainstorm and understand the concept proposal with design director
- Understand the client’s goals and requirements of the project
- Site Survey
- Create drawing timeline for the project
- Prepare and specify
1. Preliminary design plans to final drawing full set,
2. Joinery details, construction drawings,
3. Materials and furnishings documents in organized format
(I.e. lighting, furniture, wall finishes, floor finishes, furniture documentations)
- Materials sourcing and work with quantity surveyors to quote client for estimating project cost
- Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
- Site visits & coordination to ensure the design
- Act as a link between construction team, clients and design team

Qualifications
- *Certificate (or) Diploma (or) Bachelor with INTERIOR DESIGN*
- Strong background details, joinery or construction drawings
- Minimum Experience of 2 YEARS in related field
- Excellent communication, cooperation skills

- Negotiation skills

Software Requirements
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD
- Excellent skills in Sketch up
- Average skills in Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Illustrator (Optional)
