To provide professional travel consultancy services to international clients, primarily through email communication. The consultant is responsible for selling travel products (tours, tickets, hotels, packages), handling inquiries promptly and effectively, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Communication & Sales

  • Respond to inbound email inquiries from international travelers promptly and professionally.

  • Understand client needs, design suitable travel itineraries, and propose customized packages.

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive and solution-oriented communication.

  • Handle follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

  1. Travel Consultancy

  • Provide accurate and updated information on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, and tours.

  • Advise clients on the best options for their travel plans considering budget, preferences, and timing.

  • Maintain high service standards to build trust and repeat business.

  1. Sales Administration

  • Record and update all communications in CRM/Email systems.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and confirmations.

  • Coordinate with Operations and Reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  1. Customer Experience

  • Handle customer complaints, special requests, and changes with professionalism.

  • Build long-term client relationships by providing excellent after-sales support.

  1. Performance & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and revenue.

  • Contribute feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, travel consultancy, or customer service.

  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Excellent email etiquette, persuasive writing, and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of travel destinations, ticketing, and tourism products.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and email management systems.

  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, with problem-solving mindset.
