1. develop and track a pipeline of potential investments.
2. evaluate potential new investment and conduct valuation, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, legal documentation and all phases of closing selected transactions.
3. monitor investee companies and develop recommendations regarding business strategy.
4. work with investee companies for its operational improvement and corporate governance development.
5. seek and execute exit opportunities for the portfolio companies.
6. develop strong credibility and reputation of DPIP.

Particularly, the New Officer is expected to
1. analyze closely financial information of candidate company that does not have proper accounting system during the Due Diligence process.
2. work with investee companies to develop proper accounting system and corporate governance.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Required
- 3+ years relevant experience in either of a private equity firm, investment bank and/or other financial institutions.
- Sound knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Native Burmese language and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Preferred
- Familiarity with private equity investment practices.
- Analytical and investment assessment skills with experience in financial modeling.
- Sound business judgment and problem solving, negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong networks in the executive societies in Myanmar.
- CFA, CPA, MBA, Master in Finance or equivalent degree.
