  • Handling Router/Firewall/Switch/AP/PABX/CCTV/Door Access/Cable installation/network configuration.
  • Must be handling & maintenance Creating/Deleting Email acc, Domain User acc, File Server access, Database access for all client.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
  • Monitoring network issues and some other software/hardware issues.
  • Updating direct report to departmental HOD
  • Supporting IT for all projects and field offices, inclusive of HQ in Myanmar.
  • Analyze and submit the monthly report of troubleshooting monitoring record.
  • Documenting for all incoming, outgoing IT Equipment & Asset list

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related field
  • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
