* If you have ASP.NET/Java/PHP Software Development experience and have experience in managing the team, you are the right candidate to Apply for this position
* Direct and manage ASP.NET Software Development form beginning to end to ensure smooth system implementation.
* Define project scope, resource requirements, project milestone and deliverable that support business goals in collaborating with Customers
* Plan and manage resources and budget effectively
* Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members to ensure they work together in the most efficient manne
