- Installing and configuring software, systems.- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team leader.- Ensure all issues are properly logged.- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or software issues.- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.- Prepare accurate and timely reports.- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.- Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products.- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently, and with team too.- Able to communicate in Basic English.
