An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Your Role;

You will support on corporate network, PC/Server admin and antivirus.

Your Responsibilities;

  • Work with internal users to identify current process and look for improvement area
  • Identify areas which IT can help user in setting up KPI
  • Work with master management team (MDM).
  • Perform helpdesk function (recording or assign IT cases) in a timely manner
  • Monitor and analyze cases in helpdesk function
  • Support and monitor on server administration, backup and installation
  • Manage user account on the AD and other applications
  • Monitor/support H/W and network infrastructure
  • Process and evaluate IT PR, review H/W technical spec according to user/corporate requirement
  • IT Troubleshoot for user in PC/Printer support
  • Supporting users on applications assigned by management

Requirements;

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or any IT Discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience 
• Fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
• IT Infrastructure, network, PC, Server and OS
