- Doing money requested for expenses of department to HO

- Doing account payabels, ensure timely payment of invoices, document bills confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures

- Maintaining the summary of current expenses and helping the Senior in checking for monthly expenses of all departments

- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded ·

- Prepare and submit monthly reports 

- Assist with other accounting projects

- Knowledge of Accounting Concepts

- Understanding Accounting Bookeeping

- Responsible to operate accurate and complete data entry process in time.

- Ability to operate MS Office and Knowledge of Accounting software

- Ability in problem solving.

- Responsible to maintain files and documents

- Good communication in the working environment

- Teamwork, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work extra hours and on weekends.
