A Good Opportunity for ..
- Maintain and check daily cash movement at office, banks and submit daily cash balance report to Chief accountant.
- Cooperate with account payable accountant for cash transfer to staff and suppliers- Make sure that to have hard copy of cash bank balance where sign by chief accountant.- Register and maintain the list of fixed asset- Check all the fixed asset every 6 months and report to Chief Accountant if there any mismatch with register list- Coordinate with other functions for their travelling expenses, supplier payment & etc.,- Generate closing inventory, COGS and sample goods/FOC, Fixed asset for month end report.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by above.
